Custom audiences can automatically be sent to X via Wise.blue without the need to update them manually.
First, make sure your Wise.blue ad account is connected to AppsFlyer.
To check this, open the 3 dots menu next to the account name and choose Edit.
In the newly opened window, under Advanced access Connected applications to make sure the AppsFlyer account is properly connected.
When you have made sure the account is connected, you can proceed to create an audience connection.
In the same window, under Advanced choose Custom Audience.
To connect an AppsFlyer audience, click the + Audience connection button.
Fill out the mandatory fields. A password will be generated for you automatically. Note down the username and the password and send them to the client. Click Confirm.
Now the process continues in AppsFlyer and is carried out by the client.
Client steps on the AppsFlyer side:
In AppsFlyer, to go Audiences > Connection.
Then click Create a new connection and enter a Connection name.
Select Httpool and click Log in to Httpool. Here you will need the username and password that were just created in Wise.blue.
A new timestamp displays.
Click Add connection.
The client needs to select which audiences they want to forward to Wise.blue. Audiences will automatically appear on the screen when this done.
Now back in Wise.blue you can finally forward these audiences to X.
Access the 3 dots menu next to the account name and click Edit. Under Advanced in Custom Audiences in the now available AppsFlyer Audiences section you will find the list of audiences that can be forwarded to X.
Turn on the toggle switch under Forward audience to X next to the audience you want to send to X.
