In order to see existing campaigns in Wise.blue, after the connection with the X handle has been made, you need to import campaigns into the platform.
1. Enter into specific account and click the + Campaign button in the top right corner.
2. Select Import an existing campaign, choose the X ad account by expanding the handle and click Import in the top right corner.
3. Select the campaigns that you wish to import, or click the two arrows to select all campaigns. Selected campaigns will be shown in the right column. Then click the Import button.
It will take up to 3 hours for campaigns to be fully imported. Historical data will be imported as well.
Campaign auto-import
Not to import campaigns manually when campaigns are created in X UI, you can enable continuous auto-import for your account.
Access the account edit workflow via the 3 dots contextual menu.
Then expand the Advanced section and enter User Management. Expand the specific handle to find the X ad account and turn on the toggle button on the right. Auto-import occurs once a day at 1-2 am GMT.
