Things to know before you launch:

Poll cards can run only in Reach or Engagement objective campaigns.

Polls can have from 2 to 4 voting options.
- Poll options can have up to 25 symbols.

Polls can last from 5 minutes up to 7 days.
- Only 1 image or video can be added. You can run polls without media files as well.
- Media aspect ratio is 1.91:1 (for image) and (16:9) for video or 1:1. However, 1:1 will crop to 1.91:1 or 16:9 in mobile timeline.
- To enable Poll ads feature for the X handle, reach out to your X representative. Wise.blue support can help to check if the X handle is eligible for Polls ads.

To run campaigns with poll cards:
1. Create Reach or Engagement objective campaign as usual, by clicking + Campaign.
2. Set up the ad group, continuing the process after campaign creation, or by clicking + Group.
3. To create the ad continue the process right after the group creation, or by clicking + Ad.
4. On the left side of the window, select the type of poll card you wish to create:
- Poll card - for Poll without media
- Image poll card - for Poll with an image
- Video poll card - for Poll with a video
5. Add a Tweet, that should contain a question for the poll.
6. To create the Poll card, press the + Poll cards button.
7. Add:
- Card name
- Enter 2-4 choices, each containing up to 25 symbols
- Poll length. Poll can last from 5 minutes up to 7 days. When the time runs out, the tweet will display results of the poll
If you are creating a poll card without media file, click Create card.
If you are creating a poll card with media, click Next and upload or select a media file that will be added to the poll (1 image or video is allowed for each poll), and press Next and then Create card.
8. If you had already created the poll card, you can click it to select it.
9. Make sure you have the tweet text added and the poll card selected - the selected card will display a blue line next to it. When all is done, click Create 1 ad to add the ad to the group.
Congratulations! You just launched a poll ad.
To see the poll on X and get the link to the poll tweet, click the ad in Wise.blue to open a preview, then click the day or time of the ad to open the tweet on X.
