To start using Wise.blue, you need to connect an X handle to the platform.
To be able to use the Wise.blue campaign management function the X handle should have at least “ad manager” access to the X ad account in question. If the X handle has lower access level than “ad manager”, Wise.blue won’t be able to manage campaigns - the platform will only be able to analyze the campaign data. 1. Choose the account you’d like to connect with Wise.blue, click the 3 dots next to the account name and select Edit.

2. Go to the Advanced section and select User Management.
3. From the X side, please make sure that you are logged into the X handle that has access to the X ad account you want to connect.
Once you are sure that you are logged into the correct X handle, go back to Wise.blue and put a checkmark next to "I consent to HTTPOOL's Data Protection Policy." and click the Connect user button.
4. After clicking the Connect user button, you will be redirected to X. Press the Authorize app button.
5. In the window, select the X ad account(s) that you want to use with Wise.blue account, and press Confirm.
6. As a result, you will only see the selected accounts available in Wise.blue.
If you wish to remove an ad account from the list, press "x" on the right-hand side of the ad account in question.
When the connection process is done, you can start importing already existing X campaigns or create completely new campaigns.
Note:
When the X handle and Wise.blue connection is made, it does not influence (e.g. pause, unpause) already created campaigns in the X Ads interface.
